Baylee is poised to take on an even larger role for Spring Lake this season, bringing speed, toughness, and versatility to the backcourt. Her quick first step and strong court awareness make her a natural playmaker who can break pressure, push tempo, and create scoring opportunities. She has the explosiveness to get downhill and finish through traffic, along with the footwork to beat defenders with creative moves. Defensively, her athleticism allows her to challenge shots and make impactful plays around the rim. As a junior ready for a breakout year, Baylee has all the tools to be a major difference-maker for the Lakers.

Baylee had a strong showing on Saturday at The Smoke, running the point for The House with confidence and control. She sliced through the press with ease, using her quickness and court awareness to keep the offense moving. Baylee attacked the rim with power and purpose, finishing tough drives and showing off a smooth in-and-out Euro step that left defenders behind. On the other end, she showed her bounce with a few impressive blocks, proving she’s just as impactful on defense.

Baylee has impressed our scouts with her quick burst downhill to score off the dribble, outside shooting, and passing abilities. She recognizes when to attack a closeout defender with her dribble and finishes well with either hand at the rim. Baylee finds open teammates and finds open space to score without the ball. She will be an exciting prospect to follow at Spring Lake this winter.

Andree consistently impressed me during the Mother’s Day Classic. She has a nice hesitation dribble that allows her to get past her defenders. She always keeps her head up to make passes ahead in transition. Additionally, she moves well without the ball, which helps her get open to make a few shots behind the arc.
