Great leader for this team who has struggled a little bit this season, but she displays a lot of good qualities. Not only can she score at the rim by penetrating into the paint, she also has court awareness, and the ability to create plays. 

Sturgill, who has committed to Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, provides grit, energy, and one that can do damage in multiple positions! She’s the player that takes a charge one moment, and in the next play drains a three! Pretty spin moves inside the paint!

Her game is no surprise as the Cincinnati native continues to play the game with a very solid motor. She can play multiple positions, can hurt you inside or out. Also can handle the rock up top and has physical frame allows her to finish at the rim. (Featured photo above)

Has seen her game grow with a very good program at Lakota East, Bella has the tools to compete both inside the paint or on the perimeter. She makes the jump in the rankings to #70 and don’t be shocked if she isn’t done yet! Has some good offers and her work ethic should draw some people!

The impressive thing about her is how well she adapts to the game around her. Bella is very active with the ball and is able to finish either around the rim. She is a very steady player who looks to be a strong leader with East this season.

Bella is a problem! She comes up with big plays- finds the open seams by taking the ball aggressively to the rim. Can’t be left alone from outside either because she can knock down the 3 ball! Keep your eyes on Sturgill!

She was one of the top players in the gym for the day, has great length and can defend both inside and out. Good handles, good decision maker. She has a good basketball IQ, is able to create plays.  (Feature photo above)

She was impressive as a freshman and her game has just continued to grow. Offensively, her perimeter game is very solid and consistent, able to shoot quickly off the catch-and-shoot.
