About Berkley

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a center, I focus on controlling the rebounds, both offensively and defensively, and protecting the rim. I’m always ready to set screens, block shots, and get my teammates open looks. On offense, I work hard to establish position down low and finish strong around the basket. I also communicate a lot on defense to make sure our team is always in the right positions.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would describe my mentality as determined and focused. I always give my best effort, whether it’s in practice or during a game, and I’m not afraid to put in the hard work to improve. I stay positive, even when things get tough, and I try to lift up my teammates by staying encouraging and supportive. I’m competitive, but I always strive to stay humble and keep learning.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m actively involved in my school’s volleyball and basketball teams, where I work hard to contribute to both sports. In addition to athletics, I’m also part of the bus patrol program, helping ensure that students have a safe and organized experience while traveling to and from school.
