A player the sees the floor well and knows how to pick apart the defense with the drive, pass or shot. When her teams need a basket, she knows how to get downhill quickly and score at the rim. A smaller guard but doesn’t mind getting in the paint to rebound in traffic. Exciting player to watch with the basketball.

The ultimate pest in the Buford press, Betty is quick to every pass. When the ball is in flight going from side to side, if Nguyen isn’t able to pick it off, she’s right in front of the receiver taking away any dribbling lanes. On offense, Nguyen has flashed the ability to score from three levels; a good shooter and a sneaky slasher. She usually is a pass-first playmaker that gets her fellow shooters involved.
