Diop was extremely impressive in Team Elite Hubbard 17U’s OT win versus HER Elite with a very high activity level and work rate. Diop was like a flash flying up and down the court in transition making herself a scoring option on the break on offense and getting back to defend against the counter- offensive break from HER Elite . Diop finished very well in transition and worked hard to get a big offensive rebound and put back late in the game. She is a long, but strong, athletic kid who utilized her wing span well altering and blocking shots as well as creating deflections and steals on the defensive end of the court. She looked very comfortable playing on the perimeter on offense and showed very good guard skills for her size. She is a play I am very much looking forward to watching play again.

Don’t look now, but the Chattanooga area is going to have a problem on its hands. A young lady who can play both inside and out. She can stretch the floor as well as work in the painted area. She has a nice face-up game to go along with her ability to score with her back to the basket. A physical kid who is blessed with size and length. Look for her to step onto the floor and showcase her skills, and compete to help Hamilton Heights compete on a national schedule. A solid kid who is about to put in that work and attract the eyes of college coaches both near and far.

Strong boxing out. Pulled down rebounds with grit and pure determination despite sometimes not being the tallest on the court. She pushed in transition and floated up and down the floor with long, leaping strides. Kept up with the flow of the game from start to finish. Quick first step attacking and penetrating from the high post.

Binetou Diop Binetou Diop 6'1" | SF/PF Hamilton Heights | 2027 State TN is due for a breakout in her junior season. She showed last season that she is capable of dominating at the high school level. Diop is a tall and lanky forward who uses her length well. She has quickness to go with her frame, which helps make her an amazing wing defender.

On offense, she has shown she can finish with both hands and is great at carving lanes to attack the basket and score. Diop also displays great athleticism, which also helps her be an above-average rebounder.
