could be in for a big senior season. In her junior season at Boyd Christian School, her high ceiling as a player was showcased.
An area Kesey is elite in as a player is her ability to score from the free-throw line and inside. She loves to work out of the high post and low post on offense. In these situations, her lightning-fast and fluid footwork stands out. She can get around defenders and get them off balance with an array of post moves.
In the space Kesey opens up in the post, she is more than comfortable hitting a floater or scoring with her non-dominant left hand. Kesey is also an extremely good fall-away shooter out of the post. She went to this shot several times and was effective last season.

Brooke anchored the paint for with her interior play. On defense, she did an excellent job fronting post players and making entry passes difficult. Offensively, she was effective around the basket and showed touch with a smooth turnaround jumper on the low block. Her presence on both ends gave her team stability inside.

A grinder who can get it done in the painted area. Can stretch the floor out, but makes her money moving block to block. She’s the number one option for the Lady Broncos, which the offense runs through her. Her ability to finish is impressive, but also her ability to pass the ball when pressure arrives is a nice quality to have. She is poised with the ball in her hands. Doesn’t get rattled. Has a great feel for the game. She solid on the defensive end where she blocks shots and contributes on the boards. Solid kid who leads her club in multiple statistical categories.

A kid who can step out on the perimeter, but finish down low in the painted area. Brooke goes hard on both ends of the floor. Possession by possession, she gives an all out effort, maximizing her potential and doing whatever she can to win that moment for her club. She’s a gamer and establishes her presence by contributing in multiple statistical categories. Look at the stat line and she has marks in every category there is. A solid two way player who will continue to grow. As she gains even more confidence and adds to her tool belt, look for her to become someone who is hard to handle. A solid kid who is on an upwards trajectory.

Brooke came up huge moment after moment! She pulled down a great defensive rebound to draw a foul on her opponent. She gets down the floor and in position to score! After that, she picks up a huge offensive rebound with a nice put back! She rebounds exceptionally well! On a day when her team needed every inch of her height and size, she was there! I’m excited to continue to watch this one grow in every aspect of the game!

This freshman has elite length to go along with her size! I loved watching her battle in the low block. She’s a kid that does so much that doesn’t show on the stat sheet. She sets tough screens which allows teammates to get open looks. Brooke seals off opponents and this alone allows other teammates to be rewarded with the rebound! Keep your eyes on this young athlete too!

has a monster freshman season for Boyd Christian. Averaging 17 points and 8 rebounds as a freshman, she has a the size and toughness to be a really diverse player. She battles on the glass, alters shots, and outruns opposing bigs. Has a nice array of scoring moves around the rim. She possesses nice touch on her jumper that makes me think she’ll be a big-time stretch 4 as she ages.
