About Brooklyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to play fast and aggressive. I move well without the ball. I love taking charges. I can shoot out on the perimeter, drive, pass, or pull-up. I rebound well for my size.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I always have a next play mentality, if me or my teammate make a mistake on offense or defense we can always get it back next possession. I have a very spunky personality once I break out of my shell.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Honor Roll, I was accepted into the National Honors Society, Colonel Crew

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed a leadership on my highschool team since I had to be a leader from my sophomore year, and I value teamwork over everything. I have also developed a skill of attention to detail

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My sophomore year I dislocated my knee-cap and tore my MPFL ligament missing the state tournament. So I made this mentality of resiliency that even thought I have been through so much that doesn’t stop me from giving my best effort

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that is 3-4 hours from where I live with a good pre-vet medicine major, and a college that fits me as a person

Brooklyn’s shooting was a major reason Henderson County marched to another 6th District title, a 2nd Region crown, and a Sweet 16 Elite Eight appearance. She buried 46 threes, shot a scorching 41% from deep, and led the Lady Colonels in scoring at 13.4 ppg. Brooklyn’s blend of accuracy and confidence stretches defenses to their breaking point. If Henderson County wants another trip to Rupp, she’ll once again need to deliver big shots on the biggest stage and she’s more than capable!
