It’s not just the heart over height mantra that makes her an exciting watch, there’s an advanced skillset that Brooklyn has. Her handle is tight, allowing her to freely move where she wants, when she wants. She staggers aggressive defenders with change of pace moves while creating some ideal angles to make plays too. McCormick works well with high screens and if the slightest gap is there, she’s exploiting it. Brooklyn remains efficient even though she’s a high usage type of player. There’s a reason she’s rated the #1-point guard in her class regionally.

Brooklyn is one of the sharpest point guards in the class. The expert change of pace, speeds, heights and extreme confidence on the floor are some of her gleaming attributes. McCormick means business on the floor, she wastes no time attacking defenders plus she’s a pure playmaker that can log heavy minutes. She’s incredibly active and gives those guarding her a hard time. Defenders must be weary of how dangerous she can be from multiple zones on the court, regardless of size.
