Brooklyn Mitchell turned heads last season, and now she is picking up several college offers, with Hesston, UT-Dallas, and Ouachita Baptist being the most recent schools to want her services.

During the summer with the AAO Flight at the Clash of Clubs in July, Mitchell averaged 14.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 3.3 steals per game. She has proven to be an excellent all-around player, being a solid rebounder, passer, and defender in addition to being a versatile scorer.

Mitchell can shoot the ball well, particularly off the catch and in rhythm. She is also a great slasher, being able to get to the paint with ease and score through contact.

Brooklyn Mitchell is a fantastic all-around player. She can shoot the ball, get her teammates involved, force turnovers, and make key stops on the defensive end. Her #39 ranking will certainly change soon.

Brooklynn Mitchell Brooklynn Mitchell 5'10" | CG/SG Mountain Home | 2026 State AR is a new addition to the Lady Bomber squad after transferring from Harrison High School. In only her second game with Mountain Home, she looked like she belonged, making a statement from the perimeter.

Mitchell was the second leading scorer of the game for Mountain Home, finishing with 14 points. Nine of those points came from the perimeter, as she shot over 50% from the 3-point line. She was a consistent catch-and-shoot threat from outside, and when she got the shot off, her high arch just lofted the ball straight into the hoop. When she was not scoring, she was making solid passes and helping the Lady Bombers move the ball around.

Mitchell made her mark on the glass as well, finishing with six rebounds, two of them from the offensive glass. Her rebounding would trigger the fastbreak and she had plenty of options on offense, usually settling to drive to the basket.

Mitchell can get it going from beyond the arch in an instant. She has a quick release and is deadly when she is given enough space. Mitchell can and will fire any catch-and-shoot jumper she sees fit, and her teammates make it their mission to find her on the perimeter. Mountain Home has a strong post game, and with Mitchell’s outside shooting, it will be a deadly weapon for the Lady Bombers.

Mitchell is also a great defender with a habit of forcing turnovers. She cuts off the passing lanes well and pokes a lot of balls free. Mitchell is capable of causing multiple turnovers a game and can take each one to the other end for an easy layup.
