Meier is an interesting signing. I don’t feel like I ever saw her best game. She was the scoring leader for multiple seasons for Hayden, but this season was able to take more of a backseat on a deep team. She still looked to score, but there were plenty of scoring options on the court for the Wildcats. She has long been committed to Bellevue University in Nebraska. I am not all that familiar with that school, but now that Meier is joining the roster, I will have a reason to follow the Bruins and learn more about the program.

Meier is a long forward who can score at three levels. She impacts the defensive end of the floor and plays smart. The Hayden Wildcat has verbally committed to play for the Bellevue Bruins after high school. Bellevue is an NAIA program in Nebraska. Hayden’s volleyball program will make a run at a state title this fall and the Hayden Basketball team should be in state contention as well.
