Blackburn hit numerous outside shots during the contest. She was able to create offense for herself and her teammates. She has a nice outside shot that she showcased. Blackburn is a guard that can run the point or play off the ball. She finished the game with 15 points, 5 rebounds, & 2 steals. Cadee’s high school career is over, but she’s a champion with numerous championships under her belt!

This team runs off the play of Blackburn! Cadence does not have to be the leading scorer for this Wyoming East team to win. She scored 14 points in the win over Mingo Central. Wyoming East won 47-39. The leadership that Blackburn continues to show is exactly why East is heading back to states. She makes things happen at all times. She is great on the defensive end. She never lets off the gas. She has great on ball defense and she will make you work for every inch. Cadence is a fierce competitor that has the ability to lead her team to back-to-back titles!

Wyoming East is the 2 seed in their region. Blackburn continues to lead her team and she will lead them to states again! This one is a quick athlete that stays active on both ends of the court. She is a scrappy defender. Offensively, she does a great job of penetrating the gaps and getting into the lane. She continues to be a floor general and a great leader. She poured in 16 points in a recent win over Westside. She has a long list of accolades and achievements. She recently poured in 43 points to break her school’s single game scoring record.
