Senior Camille Franklin Camille Franklin 5'9" | SF Cornersville | 2026 State TN has been a big part of what has been one of the best seasons Cornersville has had up to this point in a long time.
Cornersville this season won 20 games, a feat they have not accomplished in the last 15 seasons. In achieving this, Franklin had a big individual season, including her play in the district tournament. In the championship game of the tourney against Richland, she led Cornersville in scoring with 16 points.
Franklin’s athleticism in the paint combined with high-level moves to create space on the left and right block, making her one of the toughest guards in her district. Franklin is also a double-double machine, being a constant rebounding threat on the offensive and defensive end.
Cornersville will have its first game of the regional tournament on Friday against Culleoka High School.

There is something special about this kid. She has the makeup to play both inside and on the perimeter. Unlike most kids, she exploits the mid-range where she can pull the jumper or power from the area on the way to the rim. Her size alone creates havoc and is felt on both ends on the floor. She contributes on the boards, gets deflections that lead to turnovers, and just competes all four quarters. A solid ball player who brings a lot to the table.

Another stretch forward who can get it done on the interior as well as from beyond. This kid is athletic and has a motor on her. On the offensive end, she can put it on the floor, display counter moves that enable her to finish at the rim. Has a nice stroke in her bag, where she can knock down shots from multiple levels. On the defensive end, she is big on the boards, can poke balls away, and runs the floor well in transition. A solid ball player who continues to grow each and every time she steps onto the floor.

This is her year. She has seen the highs and the lows and now it’s her time. This kid can stretch the floor, unleashing a pretty stroke from deep. She can work on the interior, finishing through contact or rising above an opponent in the mid-range. She rebounds, blocks shots, contributes in any way she can. She definitely passes the eye test and will catch your attention right away. Once you see her play, you will remember her name. The kid is talented and this season, she will rise to the occasion and be one of the best in the area. She has grown tremendously and I expect her to continue to grow and open the eyes of not only high school coaches, but collegiate coaches as well.
