Hiu Lam Tsiang came in this season and immediately made her presence felt, and after seeing her that initial sighting, I added her to the 2028 Rankings. She is heady, skilled, and can drop the mid to long-range with ease, and she showed that throughout the season and playoffs see evaluations here

Tsiang was another player who left a lasting first impression as she showed she could play both the 1 and the 2. She understands how to control the tempo and doesn’t force anything see evaluation here

Hiu Lam Tsiang gave me a great first look as she’s heady, plays under control, and does things instinctively, which is always a huge plus. She reacts well under pressure, she rebounds and can go coast to coast to score or dish, court vision across the board looked good, yet she dropped the jumper from outside, gave me the turnaround jumper in the paint, and even a semi drop step to score
