She also ranks 2nd all-time in KHSAA history in blocks and posted 16 triple-doubles and 60 double-doubles during her career. She is set to be an immediate contributor at Campbellsville University.

Cariann is a dominant interior presence who protects the rim at an elite level. She blocks shots, alters even more, and completely changes the way opponents attack the paint. Cariann is simply one of the best post players in the entire state of Kentucky! She can score on the block, face up defenders, dominate the paint defensively, and control the boards.

She is averaging 20 points per game, shooting 59 percent from the field, 79 percent from the free throw line, and pulling down over 16 rebounds per game. Her impact on both ends of the floor is unmatched!

Williams was unstoppable inside, posting a team-high 23 points and 19 rebounds while setting the tone physically on both ends of the floor. She also went 7-of-9 from the charity stripe, helping the Lady Cats secure the season-opening victory.

Campbellsville signee Cariann Williams Cariann Williams 6'3" | PF Edmonson County | 2026 State KY displayed her dominance throughout the season, leading Edmondson County with 18 points and 13.5 rebounds per game, ranking as the 6th leading rebounder in the state. She made history by becoming the Lady Cats’ all-time leading rebounder with over 1,200 career rebounds, surpassing the previous record of 1,140 set back in 1995. Cariann helped her team finish the regular season on a 14-game win streak, secured the 12th District championship, and was selected 1st Team All-Region.

The oldest expression in basketball is that you “can’t teach size”. Well Cariann has elite size at 6’3 and is skilled around the bucket. She averaged 17 points and 12 rebounds per game last season and should be highly recruited by in-state D1s, in my opinion.
