Length, foowork, soft touch and motor are what describe Caton. She is set to have a big year and Cottonwood is on the rise. Caton could easily make a big move in her development and be a huge contributor this season. Keep and eye on her, she has next level talent.

Caton is under the radar. Her motor and ability to score around the rim is crazy. Look for her to average a double-double a game. She might be a plus 2 on her wingspan and that helps a ton defending and finishing.

Caton made a big jump in the rankings and rightfully so, she is one of the more active SF down in the paint and her plus on her wingspan helps her a lot as she is getting rebounds in traffic or simply shooting over defenders. Even when she might be the same height or even smaller than her defender with her back to the basket she is able to get her shots off. Her positioning in the paint is great and she finds ways to really take one defender away as they have to deal with her even when she doesn’t get the ball.

Caton was impressive today as she displayed soft touch around the rim and the way she was sealing players on her back and even when they fronted she was giving her guards a good target to get her the ball. She is going to be a problem as she has skills and length at probably 5’11 or 6’0 now.
