Lewis County has one of the top bigs in the 16 region in Carriann Highfield Carriann Highfield 6'0" | C Lewis County | 2025 State KY . She led the Lady Lions in scoring (11.9 PPG) and rebounds (8.9 RPG) a season ago. Highfield has excellent fundamentals and is a strong post player who can score over both shoulders on the low block with impeccable footwork and post moves. Highfield is tough to defend once she establishes deep position and is pretty much automatic around the rim. She is also a hard worker on the glass, protects the paint, and is a really good passer in her own right.
