Hagood looked good on opening day as she showed she could score under pressure, dropping the go-ahead basket from deep, ala “catch and shoot.” However, on Sunday, she took it to another level, applying heat defensively, picking some pockets for steals, and dropping the stop-and-pop in transition. The 5’9″ guard moved into the Top 10 after a brilliant sophomore campaign in which she led the Donettes to the Class 4 state championship. She is an excellent 3-point shooter where she made 90 triples on 44 percent shooting from long distance. She is also a complete scoring threat as she can attack the basket and score tough buckets in the lane. She averaged 20 points a game along with four rebounds and two assists. She scored 58 points in the two Final Four games in Columbia.

The 5’9″ 2027 guard led the Donettes to the state championship, which was the first for a big school team from the SEMO area. She was tremendous in the two Final Four games in Columbia as she scored 58 points. She averaged 20 points a game while making 88 3-pointers on 44 percent shooting from long distance.

The 5’9″ 2027 guard put on a sparkling performance in the Donettes 55-47 victory over MICDS in the Class 4 semifinals. She finished the game with 27 points and eight rebounds. When her team faced an early deficit, she changed the trajectory of the game with three consecutive 3-pointers on three successive possessions. In the second half, when went to work as she used her strength and craftiness to get buckets and also get to the free throw line where she made eight of 10.

A 5’9″ 2027 shooting guard is one of the top young prospects in the SEMO area. She has a smooth shooting stroke from 3-point range. Her range extends well past the line. She was also attacking the close outs well to score on mid range jumpers and floaters in the lane. She moves at a nice easy pace and nothing is ever rushed with her on the offensive end.
