Carter put the state on notice with an unbelievable state championship game performance. She nearly tripled her season points per game average of 6.8 and dropped 18 against Minot. She was 3/4 from the three-point line, each one being timely and stopping runs for Minot. This is the type of performance you love to see from a player who competes as hard as Carter does. She was a gritty defender and bought into her role on the team. The sharp shooting senior was impressive in the biggest moments. Davies will sorely miss Ford’s leadership and production next season.

Ford is another quality role player for the 3-1 Davies Eagles. Davies is playing a fast paced style and Carter fits in perfectly. She plays much bigger than her size and is able to compete against bigger opponents. She is a strong and athletic guard who does a lot of the dirty work required to win. She is averaging 7 points per game on 45.5% shooting and 58.3% from three. She is averaging 1.75 three-point makes per game.
