I’m told that CCA is bringing in an impressive Freshman Class this upcoming Winter season. Someone out of this Class, that should be able to make some noise coming up is Charley Carlson at the Forward position. CCA is going to need some height moving forward so Carlson is a nice addition. This is a multi-sport prospect with athletic ability and a smart head on her shoulders. She doesn’t seem to be the type to trick you or beat you by being flashy. Instead, she uses her smarts and keeps it simple. Which is ultimately the best recipe for success in the very end. If this CCA Freshman Class can come in with some confidence and their handful of returners do their jobs, then they should be just fine.
