Roby is one of the most unselfish athletes that you will find! She does an excellent job feeding the post. She understands angles, and she makes the tough passes look easy! She commands the court with her eyes. She is one of the few guards that have quarterback instincts. She has what it takes to be a good next level athlete! She’s an excellent on ball defender. She has the next play mentality, and she has great body language! Every college coach that is looking for a tough, true point guard, should look at Roby!

Heady ball player who plays with poise. She can score from multiple levels, attack with a plan in mind, compete on the defensive end, and be a solid leader on the floor for her ball club. She was super impressive during the tournament as she didn’t get rattled easily. She made the right adjustments, knew when to speed up or slow down play for her ball club, and just played solidly on both ends of the floor. In my opinion, she had a knack for being in the right spot at the right time when it came to doing the little things. She’s a great talent who will look to get her club back to the tournament next season.

Roby continues to show why she is one of the best defenders in the state. The kid has a non-stop motor on both ends of the court. However, I love the defensive intensity that she brings on a nightly basis. Charlie recently poured in 11 points in a win against Wilson Central. She also added 6 assists, and 4 steals. One thing that you will love about Charlie’s game is how impactful she is without the ball in her hands! If you want one of the best defenders on your team at the next level, call Roby!

Underrated PG who’s stats are deflated some because she plays on such a good team. She’s a winner, and really gets after it on both ends. Solid defender that can really guard the ball. Understands help principals, and it’s obvious she’s been coached up really well. Underrated offensive player that has developed into an above average shooter. I think she’s likely one of the best rebounding PGs in the state. Really attacks the ball.

The sophomore guard became another tool for this Cookeville team that increased their upside throughout the season as they gained more experience. Roby is another kid that can get you double digits, and has led them in scoring. She’s averaged 8 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Really high end role player…and they type of kid that can sneakily win you a post season game.

Charlie Roby Charlie Roby 5'6" | PG Cookeville | 2026 State TN is the true definition of a PG. She pass first players that makes everyone around her better. Great defender. High IQ. But knocks down shots when need and attacks the rim with ease. Contributes on the boards at a high level for a PG. Simply impacts winning!

I love kids that just go to work! Simply put, Roby always goes to work. She plays extremely tough on both sides of the court. She never takes one single play off. If she makes a mistake, she will get it back for her team. She’s the athlete that never complains and does what is needed! An excellent defender! She is adding more to her overall game every time that she steps on a court! If Charlie keeps going to work, she is going to be one heck of a basketball player at the next level! This is one that I would call a coach’s dream!
