Starns will be one of the best prospects in the state by the time it’s all said and done. The 6’5 post can do it all and still has a lot of time for leaps in her development. That she hasn’t gotten more attention across various rankings sites is baffling to me. Starns is an inside-outside threat that can impact the game on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she is gifted. Good shooting mechanics from the perimeter with NBA range. Her footwork in the post is elite and can finish in a multitude of ways. She is a gifted passer and has handles to push the pace in transition.
