Hazelton is a three level scorer who played varsity for Rye last year as an 8th grader. Can get to the basket. Shoot it from the perimeter. Nice mechanics, needs more reps and adjust her footwork. Can run the floor on the break or take it all the way herself. Hazelton has nice touch and footwork around the basket. Playing at the varsity level as an 8th grader is no small feat. I believe she will take that confidence from last year and take on a larger role on the offensive end. She can handle the ball and has good vision on the court to make difficult passes.
