Cherish Brehon Cherish Brehon 5'5" | CG/SG Deep Creek | 2027 VA joins Kings Fork’s backcourt and could take on a key role running the offense. She can create opportunities for the Bulldogs’ scorers while providing a scoring threat of her own. When needed, Bruhon can change a game with her shooting from beyond the arc.

Defensively, she makes opposing ballhandlers work from baseline to baseline. Her arrival gives Kings Fork another capable guard as the Bulldogs pursue a state title. A strong season could also draw more attention from college coaches.

Brehon showed that her offensive game extends beyond her ability to knock down the three. She handled the ball well and created opportunities for herself and others, showing the ability to pass, attack the basket, and shoot. She paired her perimeter scoring with an aggressive take, absorbing contact and still finishing the layup.

Brehon will spend her final high school season at Kings Fork, where she should develop further as a true point guard. In the past, she established herself as a consistent threat from beyond the arc. However, this season should provide opportunities to expand her responsibilities beyond scoring. Brehon is looking to become a traditional floor general who can organize and run an offense efficiently. Additionally, she has shown the ability to impact games with her defense. That should fit well within a Kings Fork backcourt known for applying relentless pressure. Her ability to defend opposing ballhandlers could make her a valuable piece within that system. Meanwhile, continued growth as a facilitator could make her game more complete. A strong senior season should attract college programs searching for a reliable and well-rounded guard.
