Citty averaged 18.9 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 3.1 steals per game during 2024-25, leading a strong Lady Wildcat team. She is at her best when attacking the basket and scoring inside, but she can pull up from the mid-range or closer and knock down a jumper.

Citty is also a threat to start cooking from beyond the arch. She has a quick release and can hit shots with a hand in her face. In addition to her high-octane scoring, she can do basically everything else on the floor. Citty makes plays for others, rebounds the ball and starts the break, and defends the opposition’s best guards and forwards.

A combo guard that has the perfect skill set to play that position (she handles the ball and can shoot the 3) If I had to place her in the offense it would be that 2/3 slot. First, she moves without the ball and has a very nice shot on the catch. Second, she moves like slasher playing off the ball looking for backdoor cuts against a sleeping defender. Nice passes in the half court set making good decisions and very little turnovers.

A defender that moves up through the passing lane forcing back door cuts. Quick swivel; of the head and dropping the hands into the passing lane results in a deflection of out of bounds turnover. Nice hops on the rebounding allows her to crash the board from outside the paint to gain possession. A 2026 that has had a strong early summer circuit.

A composed and efficient point guard, Citty brings a steady presence to the floor with her poised decision-making under pressure. As a scorer, she’s a reliable spot-up shooter and adds value in transition, where she can finish with either hand through contact. Without the ball in her hands, she still moves with purpose, finds the open space to hit a consistent midrange jumper. Control, scoring ability, and basketball IQ make her a key piece in any backcourt.

With the Arkansas Sting AAU squad last summer, Citty had some notable performances, including a 19-point outing against 2025 Urban Heroes and a 14-point performance against Colorado Hoopsters White.

Citty’s inside-out play has been incredible this season. She shoots the ball well from the perimeter, and then uses her strength to force her way inside. Opposing defenses do not bother her, as she has become a master at finishing through traffic.

On the defensive end, there might not be a better player at forcing turnovers than Citty. She averages 3.8 steals a night, disrupting passing lanes and hounding opposing ball-handlers.

Heather Healy of the Arkansas Sting spoke highly of Citty and her hard work. Her height and length give her an advantage over her peers, but her skill level is what will draw her to you. A spot up shooter with a quick release and soft touch for the ball, she looks comfortable when launching it from distance. Claire can get in the paint as well and score at will. She has an unseen strength that will only get stronger and that she will encourage. This Junior guard received a 3A Region 6 All Conference Team selection and a 3A All-State Honorable Mention last year. 24-25 Will be a breakout year for this one and #3 should land high in the rankings for her class!

Citty had a good summer with her AAU squad, the Arkansas Sting , and now is the time for her to carry that momentum into her junior season.

Citty is best on offense if she is situated on the 3-point line. She remains ready to shoot every offensive possession, and she has a nice jumpshot. With a good release point and solid arch, Citty becomes hard to stop once she has it going from outside. Her teammates always look to find her for catch-and-shoot opportunities, and they also know she is ready for any challenge on the defensive end.

Citty has a long wingspan, and that allows her to easily tip passes away, leading to a turnover. Citty is better known as a pick-pocket, as she can take the ball out of anyone’s possession with her overwhelming defensive aggressiveness.
