Moore led the charge for the 5A Yellow Jackets in its contest against 2A Strom Thurmond. It was a lopsided contest in favor of Fort Mill in large part because of the 16 points Moore placed on the scoreboard. Moore is very confident in her ability to sink her attempts from behind the 3-point arc. The court vision she possesses enables her to make the correct passes with almost pinpoint accuracy. Defensively, she causes for opponents as well. As lopsided as the result was, Moore had plenty of time where she took in the contest against the Rebels from the bench, but made the most of the many minutes she logged.

Following the graduations of Nadia Dial and Lindsay Paukovitz from the Yellow Jackets, this leaves Fort Mill’s rising star guard as the centerpiece of the program in the coming seasons. Moore has participated on the grassroots circuit with FBC Carolina Brown 15U. She is listed at 5-foot-4 and can be described as a floor general. Moore possesses a potent 3-point shot and finds herself at the right places and right times to make plays. She provides plenty of rebounds and will get through a number of defenders en route to the basket. This will be first season for Nathan Wruble at the helm of the program following Heather Klipa’s departure.

The 5A Yellow Jackets are undergoing a transition. She ran on the grassroots circuit with FBC Carolina Elite. Moore can slice and dice her way through a slew of defenders en route to the cup. She can also be a force to be reckoned with from behind the 3-point arc and can grab rebounds in addition to being a skilled ball handler. Moore is ready to give even more as her career blooms.

Prep Girls Hoops remembers getting a glimpse of Moore when Fort Mill visited Spring Valley this past season in a first-round 5A playoff game. She ran on the grassroots circuit with FBC Carolina Brown 15U. Brown stands at 5-foot-4 and plays the role of the classic floor general. Moore has also participated in track and field in addition to what she does in basketball. She can weave her way through a number of defenders en route to the basket. Moore also finds herself at the right place at the right time on the court particularly in terms of rebounding. She is also very proficient from 3-point range.
