While Pelfrey is already an impressive player, she’s just starting to tap into her potential. Playing on a talented Dixie Heights team, she was a little too unselfish at times (at least in the games I saw) which honestly shows how much of a team player she is, but she has the ability to take over more next season. She is a really strong outside shooter who can also score inside of the perimeter. Pelfrey moves well without the ball and really puts in work on the boards. She is very solid defensively as well.

Moving from 35th overall up to the17th spot, Coralee has shown she is comfortable in a complimentary role at the varsity level right now and has the tools to be a go to player as soon as next season. Leading her team in rebounding at 5 per game, Pelfrey has shown she’s not afraid to mix it up in order for her team to get an advantage. Look for her scoring numbers to rise over the course of the season as her three point shooting should improve, long term.

Pelfrey is easily one of the top 2026 players I’ve seen so far. Her ranking is going to continue to rise because she’s a really talented player. Dixie Heights has been regarded as one of the top teams in the state and she is a major part of their early success. Pelfrey is long and athletic. She does a great job of crashing the boards and if you don’t get a body on her, she can get offensive rebounds and put backs all game long. She can finish well around the basket, but she also has a good outside shot. Pelfrey has excellent handles as well. She plays with a swagger that always makes me forget that she’s only a freshman. Pelfrey has almost had a double-double in a few games already this season and has been stuffing all categories of the stat sheet, so this versatile guard is certainly one to keep your eye on.
