In terms of defense, she can hold the block down and rebound effectively, and she runs the floor and finishes well at the rim through contact. Well she sure does backup her post skills with her last name, a true player who can get it done in the paint. She performs a fantastic job of posting up and making good use of her body to rebound and remain active in the paint. A powerful, physically fit frame that allows for both contact and non-contact scoring near the hoop. She can finish and go to the line defensively, she holds down the paint and I see this young post getting even better in her future. Post makes her way onto the watchlist.
