Courtney isn’t your typical guard at her height, which allows her to see over the defense and handle pressure in the backcourt without getting rattled. She also knows how to use her size and skill in the post, taking advantage of smaller defenders when the opportunity is there. What makes her even more difficult to defend is that she can still step away from the basket and score from the mid-range or three, giving her a complete offensive game.

Playing with this group has helped Courtney become a much more efficient scorer. She has done a great job of knocking down open shots and making defenses pay whenever they leave her space. Taking what the defense gives her instead of forcing the action has elevated her game.
