D’Aaliyah has a lot of the “measurables” coaches look for in a prospect…she is extremely long, fluidly athletic, and somewhat bouncy. She tries to play with physicality, despite still needing a bit of strength, and she seems to always play hard as well. Defensively, she is about what you’d expect, protecting the rim, but also being able to step out and defend wings. Offensively, she has some touch facing the basket, even as deep as the 3-point line.

D’Aaliyah is a kid who I think will see her recruiting really take off after this May “live” period and the July “live” periods. She is incredibly long, wiry, and fluidly athletic, plus she has some bounce to her. She has face-up skill as well and can knock down an open jumper, both in the mid-post and around the arc. She’s one of those kids who, as she gets stronger, her game will be college ready.
