Stanley is as pure as it gets when it comes to shooting the basketball. The freshman guard already possesses elite three-point range with deep confidence and a clear understanding of how to weaponize her skill. She’s not just a standstill shooter either—Darbi mixes in a deceptively quick first step that keeps defenders honest, allowing her to get downhill into her floater or one-dribble pull-up when overplayed. Her sturdy frame helps her absorb contact and create separation in tight windows.

Elite three-point shooter. Best shooter in her class and one of the best in the entire state. Has a strong, burly frame with nimble feet, a quick first step that helps her get to pull-up jumpers and floaters. Diversifying her floor game will help her be impactful whenever shots aren’t dropping.

Stanley also played well for Pickens, especially on the road in a big region game. Stanley shot the ball well from deep while also helping Steinhauer and Luddington get through the pressure that GAC applied on defense. She is a strong kid who competed hard on the boards and defensively all night. Stanley has the ability to score more and help to free up Steinhauer from all the attention she gets from opposing defenses. Darbi has the chance to be another very good player for Pickens in the future.
