Weathers is the complete package on both ends of the floor. She is quick, shifty, and has bounce. She has elite shooting mechanics and the confidence to go with it. Has the handle to beat defenders and get to the rack. She is a menace on the defensive end, loves to run in open space, and pull up for a 3 or attack to the rim. She can light it up on the stat sheet, and I expect that to continue with more reps, a larger role in the offense, and confidence.
