From one junior Caldwell to another. It feels as if it were yesterday when Caldwell was valiantly leading Landrum to a 2A state championship. She is returning for more at The Cage. Even though Caldwell has the height of a three or a four, she thrives in the backcourt at the point. The best player on the floor Tuesday had stats in every category. Multiple shot blocks, multiple rebounds, multiple steals, multiple assists, and 20 points to lead her squad to double digit win. As the catalyst for her team’s success Delaney showcased once again why she is a high level recruit.

Delaney’s size and athleticism from the PG position immediately jump of the floor. Standing now at 5’11 she is able to see the floor fully and dictate action in a variety of ways. From out rebounding smaller and less athletic guards for easy second chance opportunities, to using her length and speed to dribble by multiple defenders in transition, Delaney is the complete package. It is clear to see why she has no shortage of high major schools picking up their recruitment.

A guard that is a true shooter that can shoot it beyond the arc or do a one or two dribble pull up jumper. She can create her own shot and score, or she is heady enough to keep the offense going and control the tempo. Delaney has a smooth game and nice ball handling skills. Impressed with her skill set
