About Demianna

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I've been playing ball since 3rd or 4th grade, and fell in love. I've played disciplined, aggressive, smart, and as a team. "Be like water: adapt and find another way." - Demi

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I feel that I play smart, and I like to give my team as much support as possible. I encourage them, and inspire them to show up. The only way to make progress, is to show up consistently.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed a strong sense of leadership throughout my basketball career. I like to play as a team, win as a team, and lose as a team. Through it all, we still have to be there together; as a team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My current basketball team only has 6 players this year, so I have to play the entire game. As well as last year's season, as a freshmen, it was also a struggle because we barely had enough players for both Varsity and JV. So me and another player had to play both. It was definitely a struggle, but through it all, I've grown and developed tremendously.
