I saw Denaijah play earlier in the season, and I was very impressed with her ability to shoot the basketball while also effectively running the point guard position. She plays with poise and confidence, does a great job of controlling the tempo, and makes smart decisions with the ball in her hands.
Her shooting ability forces defenses to respect her range, which opens up opportunities for her teammates. Denaijah’s balance between scoring and facilitating makes her a key piece for Warren Central, especially as they head into sectional play.

Like a surgeon on the court for the point guard spot, she can slice in and score with quick hands and good footwork. Such quick hands defensively, she caused so many problems out there!

Following in her sisters’ footsteps, she kind of has a little of each of them in her game. She is a strong, almost powerful wing guard, she plays with a nice motor, and she possesses a balanced skillset. Athletically, Denaijah gets downhill in a hurry, she absorbs contact well already, and she can finish inside. She also has touch outside, she can initiate an offense, plus she can push it in transition. Additionally, she is a hard-working, versatile defender.
