Johnson had me take it back to Prime Time Nationals when she was in the 8th grade, see evaluation here, and she’s still using her athleticism on both ends. Her “on the ball” pressure helped create turnovers, so did her playing the passing lane, yet she attacked the basket strongly to score or dish, and her body control after contact was solid

Johnson went completely off in the opening game as she created plenty of buzz as dropping it from everywhere so I made a special trip to catch game 2 and immediately I saw how strong she was attacking the basket off the dribble and finishing strongly after contact, nice body control was a plus. Her pull-up jumper as well as “stop and pop” in transition were also solid
