Bockman is the definition of steady. A one-player press breaker, she handles pressure with poise and rarely looks sped up. She plays on balance and under control, able to stop on a dime and rise confidently into mid-range pull-ups. Her three-point shooting is a major weapon — she stretches defenses and punishes late closeouts.
At the rim, she’s a crafty finisher who uses touch and body control to convert in traffic. Bockman has a knack for stepping up in big moments, whether that’s hitting a timely shot or making the right pass late in games. She serves as a safety blanket offensively because of her decision-making. She makes correct reads, values possessions and elevates those around her. Coaches covet guards who settle teams down under pressure — Bockman does exactly that.

Bockman is a very well-rounded player that is a stat sheet stuffer for Midtown. She was a threat to score anytime the basketball was in her hands. Bockman is an excellent passer and she did that well, but her best attribute is her ability to put the ball in the basket. Bockman is very quick and tricky with the ball. Defenders had a very hard time staying in front of her. Bockman used a combination of different moves with the ball throughout the game. She was able to get to the basket on the break as well as when Midtown was in their halfcourt offense. Bockman can really shoot the basketball from the perimeter making her a big matchup problem for opposing teams.

Plug-and-play college ready point guard. Handles the ball well, able to break presses by herself without getting flustered. Knocks down threes and mid-range jumpers. Crafty downhill. Nose for the ball on defense. Central Georgia Tech, Berry and Flagler have offered. Bockman grades out as a D-I point guard or an elite D-II prospect for me.

Bockman showed her ability to shoot the 3 ball at the Expo. A player that doesn’t need much room to get her shot off and is always moving without the basketball. If you push her off the 3-point line, she knows how to score at the mid-range. A player that can shoot it from anywhere on the court.
