Eden Griffis Eden Griffis PF/SF Legacy Academy | 2029 State NM emerged as one of the most dominant players in the state, serving as a double-double machine and prolific rebounder for the Silverbacks, who claimed the 2A District 2 title.

She joined an elite group of just six players statewide averaging over 20 PPG. In 25 games, Griffis led the class in scoring (21.4) and rebounds (15.3), and posted 5.4 steals per game. She recorded a class-best 22 double-doubles and three triple-doubles, along with 25 double-figure and 14 20-point games. Career numbers through 52 games: 16.0 PPG, 13.4 RPG, and 33 double-doubles.

Averaging a double-double is an elite achievement — and doing it as an eighth grader is nothing short of spectacular. That’s exactly what the high-energy Griffis accomplished for Legacy Academy this past season. She posted 11.0 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 3.8 steals per game across 27 contests, recording a class-leading 11 double-doubles.
