Rager plays the game with a smooth and patient type of movement. Never rushed, never nervous… just confident in the work that’s obviously being put in. Translating her skill set to the next level won’t really be an issue. If off the ball is where her role lands, her adjustment will be quick. Major upside.

In both games this weekend, Rager went on a scoring frenzy, but in the final game, her efficiency was the main standout. She dropped 30 points on 9-15 shooting, went 8-12 from the free-throw line, and capped it off with 8 rebounds (5 on the offensive end). She’ll be attending Wright State this fall, and it wouldn’t be surprising if she ends up playing major minutes by the end of the year.

Rager is one of the most prolific scorers in the 2025 class, and she showed it once more during this past AAU season. Outside of her ability to score, Elaina shows the potential to be a program-changing combo guard. The choice of Wright State seems to fit her play style perfectly. Looking forward to seeing how she closes out her senior year.

If you don’t have the ability or at least the confidence to shoot the ball behind the arc at the next level you’re going to struggle tremendously trying to fit into a coaches offense. Rager will not have that problem. She has a quick trigger and has the ability to not bring the ball down lower than her sternum.. which helps with the quickness in her release. Outside of her ability to score, she also has a good feel for trailers and players that are cutting or finding ways to get open. She leads people to spots for easy finishes.

One of the most talented players in the 1A class. Rager fundamentals are sharp. She knows to create space to score, find the next best pass and she can crash the boards at a high clip. Offensively, can it get it going from every angle and spot. On the defensive side of the balll, she shows the same aggression and energy. High potential.

I definitely need to do my job better, cause I have no idea how I haven’t been up to speed on Rager. My apologies!! This kid is TALENTED. I’ve tracked down multiple games, and highlights and the consistency of her impact is present in majority of her games. The numbers are big, but it’s her natural feel for the game that sticks out. She moves with confidence and is a legitimate 3 level scorer. A top 25 player in this class.
