She is constantly moving from block to block making the defense shift and making sure she has the advantage when she gets the pass. She can also attack the basket from the top of the key driving it all the way to the hoop, and her offensive rebounding is sure to make her opponents pay the price as she gets second chance points.

She makes nice adjustments going up for the basket knowing exactly where she is on the court to score her points. She always puts her hands right where she wants the pass from her teammates, and she goes to work.

Liz Wyrick is another athlete who likes to flash in and out of the paint shifting the defense. She does a nice job getting the pass at the free throw line and evaluating what to do next whether she takes it to the hoop herself or drops it down low to her teammates. She seals off her opponents using her wide stance on the block, and she has a nice up and under move to score her points against her defender. She crashes the boards on both ends grabbing rebounds.

was a problem in the paint for her opponents blocking shots easily when her opponents tried to attack the basket. She did a nice job sliding into the openings on fast breaks making two points, and she pushed the ball herself off rebounds. She had a nice old fashioned three point play in transition showing her hustle up and down the court.
