Robert Kelly | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
After a year of playing along side perennial all-state forward Emily O’Brien (Northeastern State University, OK) Busenitz has the opportunity to be the top option in the paint. Over the summer she showed end-to-end finishing ability with extension and speed. She also scored the quick, interior turnaround jumper off the catch. I expect her to make all-Heart of America League at the least. Learn more about her below.

Busenitz was a pleasant surprise. She showed end-to-end take ability, finishing ability at speed with extension and quality hands. One of the best plays I saw was a entry pass catch she made just below the right elbow that she turned into a smooth turnaround jumper working toward the baseline. Busenitz transition wells and uses her length to challenge shots and snag rebounds.
