Reitz made an early impression Sunday with a confident three-pointer, demonstrating that the 5’10 Castlewood forward can stretch the floor. What really caught our attention during the Expo was Ella’s relentless pursuit of the basketball. Reitz battled for rebounds, dove after loose balls and consistently found herself in the middle of the action. She’s a scrappy competitor with a strong frame who moves surprisingly well for her size. Nothing about her game is particularly flashy, but she showed a knack for being in the right place and making something happen. Reitz is a gamer whose effort and instincts make her quite effective.
