In the Eau Claire North guard’s junior season, she broke out and was one of the most consistent volume scorers in the Big Rivers. O’Keefe hasn’t reached those numbers this season, but teams still respect her and are utilizing defensive resources to affirm the Huskie can’t hurt them, which tells me what opposing coaches think of her. She’s a solid spot shooter, though she doesn’t get many catch-and-shoot chances because she creates off the dribble. She can compete at the college level, based on the threat she generates on the offensive end, but there’s more potential to tap into.

The surprise of the Big Rivers was the emergence of Eau Claire North guard Elli O’Keefe Elli O’Keefe 5'7" | PG Eau Claire North | 2025 State WI . The Huskie seemed to thrive with a higher usage role and helped Eau Claire North compete against some of the top teams in the conference. O’Keefe did an excellent job being the focal point of the North offense and being a scorer and facilitator. I believe she ended the season as the second-leading scorer in the conference, which I didn’t expect heading into last season. She can help a small school at the next level.

Outside of the scoring that O’Keefe boasted this past season at Eau Claire North, she showed a ton of toughness. The Eau Claire native isn’t afraid to throw her body into harm’s way if it means she can create a turnover. I’ve loved her fearlessness and aggression. She laid for loose balls and attacked the basket whenever possible, which signals that she’s willing to do whatever it takes to win games. Someone will love what she brings to the table.
