About Ellie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Leader with great handles and passing ability, long shooting range, high energy and toughness. Relentless competitor on both ends of the court. Can play the point or the 2 guard.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Competitor. Athlete. Coachable. Bit of a Goofball ;). Fun. Make fiends easily. Love my family and friends.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Christen Leadership.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned to be a better leader playing multiple sports at a high level and through my schools christen leadership course. Athletics have taught me the value of hard work and determination, and that I can accomplish anything I put my mind too.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I did battle through an injury as a freshman at La Salle HS. Missed 10-12 games to begin the season but with hard work and determination, I was cleared in 8 weeks instead of the initial 12 week timeline. I have learned to not worry about things out of my control, just to be ready to give it my all when given an opportunity.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would like to pursue a degree in sports science or physical therapy. So a college that offers those majors as well as a nice campus, friendly people and a great coach and teammates.
