Cerf is one of the most dynamic prospects in the state. What stands out about her is feel for the game, and how she can take over a game when the time arises. She has great basketball IQ and court vision as a point guard/facilitator and always makes the right play. She can laser rope passes through traffic and in transition effortlessly. She is undersized, but plays tough, hard nosed defense and utilizes her quickness to close out/deflect passes/and cause turnovers on the perimeter. On the offensive end is where Cerf is most dangerous. She is shifty, quick, and has great handle to cook defenders and finish at all three levels.
