Ellie is one of my top stock risers overall of any prospect after covering her in the South Dakota Class A State Tournament. She showed up big time for her squad and showed that she is one of the top guards in this class. She isn’t afraid of the big moment and has pure shooting form that helps her step up and hit clutch shots. This summer she is playing for the Sanford Sports Academy and continues to evolve her game. She can operate as a point guard or off the ball, and has a really complete guard game. A strong basketball IQ helps her make the right play consistently whether it be knocking down shots when the defense leaves her or “hurting the help” when she gets doubled and setting up an open teammate.
