We have seen Elsa Vedral Elsa Vedral 5'10" | SF Omaha Marian | 2025 State NE put up some impressive numbers and stat lines over the past years on the Varsity court with her Marian High School team. A few days ago, Vedral made her college choice and that is to attend D1-Lindenwood starting this Fall. Vedral brings some noteworthy play to the floor. She is known for rebounding at a very high rate on both offense and defense, while being a sound scoring threat as well. Her length helps her take advantage of key-matchups and helps her exploit the defense. I’m not sure how Vedral will fit in the Lindenwood system but she is a go-getter so I wouldn’t be shocked if she played early on in her career.

There has been a lot of talk bit Elsa Vedral Elsa Vedral 5'10" | SF Omaha Marian | 2025 State NE and her recruitment in the off-season. Vedral has been a hot commodity in the college coaching world around the Midwest. I know personally I had several coaches reach out talking about her and that they loved her overall play-style when she is competing. Marian High School will have a roster returning that can do some damage but it really starts with Vedral and the kind of night she is having. I’m not sure where she is going to end up following this year but I have a feeling she is going to find herself on a very competitive collegiate roster. It’s just a matter of time at this point.

One of the best uncommitted overall prospects that the state of Nebraskas has to offer, no matter age level or Class is SF/CG – Elsa Vedral Elsa Vedral 5'10" | SF Omaha Marian | 2025 State NE . Vedral has that combination of length, quickness, savvy skill, and aggressive edge that help her compete at a high level, no matter the competition that is matching up across from her. Offensively, she is skilled enough to take smaller opponents into the post or she can stay on the outside and play off of the dribble. Defensively, she is just as good. Her size plays to her advantage and she knows how to use it. I’m not sure of the official offers that Vedral holds but she has taken some immersive visits to Boston University and Louisville. If those things are any indication, she is going to be just fine.

Elsa Vedral Elsa Vedral 5'10" | SF Omaha Marian | 2025 State NE is still someone out of the 2025 Class that is uncommitted at this point in the process but she has some choices, so it’s just a matter of time until she ends up committing in the near future. Last year, Vedral recorded 6 Charges throughout her season, just speaking to what she is willing to do on any given night for the betterment of the squad. I have a feeling that Marian is going to have another good upcoming season and Vedral will be a big piece to that. She is going to play her unselfish play-style per usual, so as long as her teammates come prepared, they should do pretty well.

Elsa Vedral Elsa Vedral 5'10" | SF Omaha Marian | 2025 State NE has a lot more promise than most people might anticipate and I expect her to show that off moving forward. Vedral competes with Marian High School out of the Omaha area for the high school season and Nebraska Attack during the travel months of AAU ball. The past year that I have watched her compete, she has slowly added onto her game in a little ways, while being a selfless teammate. To play and produce without the ball or in a short amount of time is a big factor that collegiate recruiters look at. There is only one player on the court at one time that can have the ball in their possession so to be able to do this and move around, staying on the floor because you can produce like this is important and it’s something that Vedral has done at a high rate this past year. She might not kill you and average 25 PPG but she is going to show up in the stat book in a positive way and she won’t hurt you. Two things that could help a lot of college programs out there if you ask me and thats why she moves up to #14 in this Update.

Elsa Vedral Elsa Vedral 5'10" | SF Omaha Marian | 2025 State NE of Marian High School and Nebraska Attack has been a guard that has shown her worth some more this past three months on the AAU travel scene. Vedral is a 5’10 prospect that is a mix between a Small Forward and three-guard. She can either be used at the rim with her lengthy arms and quick ability to adapt or she can stay around the outside and drag out the defense with her ability to spread the floor. Defensively, she is the perfect individual to switch within her teams defensive sets because of her size and athletic ability. This high school season will be an important one for Vedral. If she plays to her full capabilities, she should have some respectable numbers by the time the year comes to an end.

Elsa Vedral Elsa Vedral 5'10" | SF Omaha Marian | 2025 State NE demonstrated that she can get hot in a hurry from deep and become unconscious in the blink of an eye when shooting the basketball on the offensive end this weekend. Vedral led her team with 22 points, including making 6 three pointers in her teams big win this weekend and that was just a small sample size of what she can do if you don’t find her as a defender. Vedral has a handful of collegiate interest at the moment but if she keeps on with this type of production, I’m sure she is going to get a solid amount of offers moving into the high school season. She is surely talented enough. Now she just has to go out and find the right fit.

Vedral is someone that is going to be able to create for her fellow teammates off the dribble or she can create for herself after attacking her matchup. This team is stacked with a bunch of prospects who could compete at the next level. If Vedral plays her cards right, she could turn out to be one of the best in the end but we will have to see how this all plays out. Elsa Vedral Elsa Vedral 5'10" | SF Omaha Marian | 2025 State NE is an intriguing prospect that I think could be a real difference maker at a college program, some time in the future. Vedral has a great mixture of size and speed at her position while being a real threat on offense. She understands how to space the floor and catch her defender sleeping while she back-cuts to the hoop. She has the ability to shoot the three ball from deep off of the catch or dribble as well as being a strong driver whenever her defender over-plays her. When you account for all of these things and add along with it that she is very physical, you could see how she excels against her competition. This spring/summer she could really make some big strides in her game and pick up a lot of college interest going into the fall.
