is a versatile, two-way forward/guard with really nice length, movement, and physicality. Yant was effective inside and out on both sides of the ball on Day 2 at the 3×3 Hoop League. She drained three perimeter shots in one game and had multiple nice takes, drawing fouls and finishing at the rim. She was strong on the offensive glass, with good positioning and timing to secure rebounds and net putbacks. She protected the rim and rebounded on defense. She displayed discipline in keeping her long arms straight up to contest and block inside. She worked hard, jumping the passing lane for the steal and diving to the floor to win possession.
Yant will play at Silverton. The Foxes, known for their focus on team defense, won the 5A state championship in 2024, earned third at the state tournament in 2025, and will work to return to Linfield this upcoming season.

is a 6-foot guard-forward hybrid from Silverton High School with the kind of versatility that turns coaches’ heads. She can initiate the offense, run in transition, or anchor a wing all without skipping a beat. Emery’s IQ and court feel are advanced for her age. She sees passing windows before they open, and she makes the right read more often than not. Defensively, she’s a disruptor long, active, and unafraid to take on the toughest assignment. What makes her special is how she impacts games without forcing anything. She doesn’t chase stats; she sets tempo, sets tone, and sets standards. Whether she’s creating offense, locking up on the other end, or leading huddles, Emery plays with a level of calm confidence that stands out. There’s no question she’s one of the most complete players in Oregon’s 2029 class. And her best basketball is still ahead of her.
