Skinner was an All-Everything as the season ended and she was much deserved and earned of all of the accolades. Skinner has a shot to compete for playing time as a true freshman right off the bat as a lead guard that will do what she needs to get on the floor and help her team win games.

Skinner was as elite as they come that have come through the state all-time. Being a next level PG and having a bit of positional height and athleticism she used that to defend the opposing teams best player most games. Ridgeline did not duck anyone as they played against the best teams across the state and country all 4-years that she was there. She still managed to pull out win after win. She is a McDonald’s All-American, Hoop Summit All-Star, USA Gold Medal winner and she will also play in the Jordan Brand Classic. Unreal!

Skinner was a once in a long time talent to roll through Utah but for her to also be in a smaller school was unreal for that program. Skinner showed what we have been able to see for a long time and that is that she can play with and against anyone in the country and hold her own. Her play will elevate even more as she will practice against the best in the country night in and night out at Duke. #1 Player in her class from start to finish.

Skinner is a player that does not come around very often. Her ability to play every position. The way she makes everyone better around her. Skinner is the best player in the state and it might not be as close as many might think. She leaves a legacy and she also played through sickness.

Not only is she one of the best players in the country and heading to a premier next level program in Duke but her team has probably played the toughest schedule in the state. They do not duck anyone with local wins against Copper Hills, Lone Peak, Westlake and Grantsville to name some of the best. They have also played in some elite showcases and tournaments as well and they sit at a 23-0 record.
Skinner is talented in her own right and she usually defends the other teams best player regardless of size or position. She also makes everyone around her better. She could cap things off with another State Championship.

You can tell that Skinner looks forward to these matchups as her intensity out there is very visible. The way she was defending and just being a menace on defense was impressive. Her change of speed and the way she could stop on a dime was also equally impressive. She had a double-double and was cleaning the glass with all those rebounds she pulled down. Skinner makes everyone on the court better.

Skinner continues her dominance in Utah and look for her to try and make a big statement this week. Plays all over teh floor in high school but will likely be a 1 or 2 at the college level. Nationally Ranked in the Top 15 in all rankings across the the country. She is just on a different level.
