Expert Analysis
Evan Bell | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Emilie earned All-Conference Honors as a junior and after seeing her compete at several events during the off-season, I expect her senior year to be even better. Emilie is a point guard prospect who has the qualities that a coach looks for at the next level. She is physically and mentally tough, receptive towards coaching, hard-working, and an excellent teammate. Emilie sets up teammates by dishing accurate passes and has an accurate jumper off the dribble. She creates separation using a variety of dribble combinations and creates steals on the defensive end. Emilie will be an excellent addition to whichever college program she joins following graduation and I look forward to seeing her compete for Lamphere this winter.

Emilie consistently shows quickness/control with her ball handling and was effective again with those skills at Upside. Emilie was one of the few girls who could execute full-speed crossovers and pull-over spin dribbles during the full-court dribbling drills. Emilie knocked down a smooth free-throw jumper off the dribble, scored a contested layup, and threw a nice loft entry pass during 5v5.

(2025,

Cobra) is a compact PG who is clear leader on the team with how hard she plays, her experience playing at this level, and her skillset. Coach Jones refers to her during drill demonstrations and has high expectations for Emilie on the court. She was one of the quickest and most effective ball handlers during the stationary and combination drills. She finishes well off one or two feet and knocked down relocation 3’s from up top. Emilie used fast dribbles with squared shoulders and balance, attacking downhill into a pro hop. She has a fluid transfer on her hip turns into a spin dribble finish (MOI, Social Work, Psychology).

Eritano is a very talented guard and a nice prospect. She was outstanding in a 59-50 Lamphere win against Warren Mott. Eritano hit every corner of the stat sheet in the game. She finished with 19 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Her ability to contribute in so many ways could be very valuable at the next level.

Eritano kept getting better and better throughout the high school season in 2022-2023. That growth in her game continued through grassroots basketball as well. Eritano developed into a reliable, and even electric, multi level scorer. Last season she averaged in the upper teens when it came to points per game. Well, like we said, she’s even better now. Eritano could push for 20 ppg this time around. Screenshot it if you’d like.

is a prospect who performed well at David Barns and was one I felt particularly excited to see again here today. Emilie separated herself as the best ball handler on the court today during the stationary drills. She pounded the ball with precision, control, and speed. She finished strong contested shots at the rim during 1v1 play and used her ball control to create space for knockdown pull up jumpers. Emilie scores at all three levels and has phenomenal shooting release form. She led the floor in assists during 5 v5, using her advanced court vision and ball-handling to create high percentage shots for teammates. Emilie is a phenomenal prospect who put on an impressive display of ability today at Upside.

Smart kid that does all of the little things to help a team win. She plays excellent off the ball defense and stretches the defense with high percentage catch and shoot marksmanship. She even showcased some ability to hit off the bounce. She is one of those kids that hustles non-stop and makes others better.

Eritano has a lot going for her with her skill set. While she has the ability to play off the ball, I really like the look of her long term as a lead guard. Her shooting and scoring skills keep the defense honest and she can help spread the floor for her teammates with her ability to fill it up from behind the arc. Eritano is perfectly comfortable working out of the mid range and finishing at the rim as well.

Eritano has earned her way onto this list with her play this season. She shoots at a high percentage no matter where she’s at on the floor. Eritano can fill it up from beyond the arc as well as from 2 point range.
