Wendt is an active rim protector in the paint and looks to assert herself on the defensive end. She is a good rebounder on both ends of the floor and plays with a high motor. She can light it up from the perimeter and plays with a high motor in the post. She’s always looking to create turnovers and has good anticipation when reading plays. She has good court vision and always seems to make the right play to teammates. She is also a physical post player that shows nice touch and footwork around the rim.
